About the Position

TDX - a joint-venture partnership between TIVC and Dexis Professional Services (DPS) - is implementing a program to provide the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), Joint Project Manager for CBRN Protection (JPM CBRN P)/USMC, and JPM CBRN Special Operations Forces (JPM CBRN SOF) with acquisition, business and information technology support services. This endeavor supports programs under the JPEO-CBRND purview and provides continuity of services with a seamless transition of existing acquisition, business, engineer, test, and logistic support services for the JPM CBRN P/JPM CBRN SOF/USAF.

Program Analyst III

will support the JPM CBRN P Collective Protection / Individual Protection Team to write, review, and staff high-Level staff action papers, studies, policies, and acquisition documents, and use the acquisition processes and policies outlined in the DoDI 5000 series policy documents to provide CBRN-related deliverables for program(s) as assigned. Responsibilities

Apply DoD acquisition and life cycle management policies (e.g., DoDI 5000.02, 5000.85, 5000.80) to support acquisition planning, technical analysis, and coordination across product development, production, and sustainment. Evaluate and assess technical management processes, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance metrics. Review and provide recommendations for major acquisition milestone plans and future programs. Independently manage and track multiple complex, cross-functional projects and actions. Support planning, initiation, and execution of new requirements, procedures, and guidelines. Collaborate with program management, contracting, logistics, and engineering to monitor forecasting and program milestones. Assist with issue resolution and provide timely, accurate updates to the Government Lead to inform leadership decisions. Prepare and maintain milestone planning materials, schedules, and technical briefings using tools such as the Adaptive Acquisition Framework Document Identification Tool. Analyze and recommend tailored acquisition approaches, ensuring compliance with law, policy, and time-sensitive operational needs. Assess technical, cost, and schedule data; identify gaps and propose corrective actions. Monitor and report on program risks, issues, and opportunities, including mitigation strategies. Draft and maintain acquisition documentation, memoranda, briefings, executive summaries, and milestone packages in accordance with DoD guidance. Track required program documents and maintain updated need dates. Coordinate and support meetings, conferences, and reviews (including logistics, materials, and meeting minutes). Contribute to recurring reports (weekly, monthly, annually). Support the creation and updating of high-level public-facing briefings for conferences and events. Monitor action item status, write meeting minutes, and track milestones and assignments across product teams. Maintain program tools and documentation repositories, including SharePoint file management and archival. Track and report on project status and upcoming tasks; provide verbal and written updates to leadership. Provide ongoing program analysis and daily coordination support for acquisition and administrative operations. Contribute data to cost estimates and documentation (e.g., LCCE, LCMP, TEMP, SEP, budget plans). Draft and update acquisition documents including performance specifications, SOWs, and CDRLs. Track and review contract deliverables, identifying deficiencies or delays. Attend and participate in PMRs and IPTs in support of program execution. Respond to program taskers and coordinate replies to Government Leads. Maintain and organize digital files across SharePoint and other repositories. Handle and generate classified materials up to SECRET level; respond to SIPRNET/SCIF tasks within two hours as required. Attend classified in-person meetings, responding on-site within required timeframes. Participate in meetings via MS Teams or in-person as required. Qualifications Five (5) years of experience in project management and the acquisition processes and policies outlined in the DoDI 5000 series policy documents and the ability to relate it to product development, production, and sustainment Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Office suite of software (i.e., Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Word). Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across audiences and formats. DAU Practitioner certification or civilian equivalent in DoD Program Management preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, high priority projects with a keen attention to-detail. Active DOD secret clearance.

Below is the pay range aligned with this position. When developing a range, Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, triangulating between external market research, our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive. Offers within this range will be based on an individual candidate's qualification, relevant education and experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.

Dexis pay range for this role:

$85,000-$96,000 USD
