Key Responsibilities

Analytics Solution Design & Delivery

Lead the development of scalable HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Workday technologies (Prism Analytics, People Analytics, Advanced Reporting)

Translate complex business needs into intuitive, dynamic analytics tools that support strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational health metrics

Strategic Business Partnership

Serve as a strategic partner to HR leaders and business stakeholders, delivering insights that drive action

Consult on best practices for measuring and interpreting key people metrics (e.g., attrition, diversity, engagement, performance) to build HR's analytics capability

Workday Technology Enablement

Leverage deep knowledge of Workday data structures to optimize reporting and data governance

Collaborate with HRIS and IT to ensure data quality, integrity, and integration across platforms

Data Storytelling & Communication

Craft compelling narratives using data to influence senior leadership decisions

Design impactful visualizations and presentations to convey insights in a clear, actionable manner

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay current on trends in people analytics and Workday capabilities

Continuously enhance analytics tools, models, and reporting methodologies to meet evolving business needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field

6+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or business intelligence roles

Expert-level proficiency with Workday reporting tools (Workday Prism Analytics, Workday People Analytics, Advanced and Composite Reporting)

Proven experience designing scalable and dynamic dashboards/discovery boards that enable business users to self-serve insights

Strong understanding of HR domains including talent acquisition, development, DE&I, performance, and engagement

Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence at all levels

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Strong data visualization skills with tools such as Workday, Tableau, Power BI, or similar

Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytical languages is a plus

Certification in Workday Reporting or Workday Prism Analytics

Experience in an international organization

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000to $160,000 plus bonus.???Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.? At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
