Serve as a strategic partner to HR leaders and business stakeholders, delivering insights that drive action. Consult on best practices for measuring and interpreting key people metrics to build HR's analytics capability. Workday Technology Enablement
Leverage deep knowledge of Workday data structures to optimize reporting and data governance. Collaborate with HRIS and IT to ensure data quality, integrity, and integration across platforms. Data Storytelling & Communication
Craft compelling narratives using data to influence senior leadership decisions. Design impactful visualizations and presentations to convey insights in a clear, actionable manner. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay current on trends in people analytics and Workday capabilities. Continuously enhance analytics tools, models, and reporting methodologies to meet evolving business needs. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field 6+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or business intelligence roles Expert-level proficiency with Workday reporting tools Proven experience designing scalable and dynamic dashboards Strong understanding of HR domains Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills
Strong data visualization skills with tools such as Workday, Tableau, Power BI Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytical languages Certification in Workday Reporting or Workday Prism Analytics Experience in an international organization Join us to be a part of a forward-thinking team that's reimagining how people data is used to unlock organizational potential. This is a unique opportunity to influence HR strategy through advanced analytics and innovation at Xylem. The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $160,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
