As a staging designer, you will gain a variety of experiences in an exciting and fast-paced atmosphere. You will be part of a team of staging professionals who are responsible for the design, execution, and installation of our projects.
Job Responsibilities
Be a team member and work with your project team on each specific project. Assist the designer in creating presentation drawings and selecting furniture items. Frequent client presentations and meetings to develop design direction. Assist in purchasing and tracking the status of new items. Take survey dimensions and photos. Create CAD floor plans and elevations. Manage the administrative side of the project from contract to final walk-through. Oversee all site installation activities; be the point of contact for the logistics team and supervise assistants onsite. Produce final close-out documents including budget, inventory, and expenses. Create and manage purchase orders, art + custom pieces, and project timelines. Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related creative field. AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required. Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years (or more) of professional work experience in residential or staging design. A good foundation in materials, finishes, colors, and furniture selection. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong communication, graphic and verbal presentation skills.
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
