We're hiring a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can coach, advise, and deliver scalable HR solutions while building strong relationships across the business.

What You'll Do Serve as a trusted HR partner across the business, providing coaching and support on people matters including performance, development, engagement, and team effectiveness Build strong, trust-based relationships across functions and levels of the organization Provide counsel on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, talent decisions, and sensitive employee matters ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance Deliver core HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives in partnership with peer leaders and CHRO. Use data and people metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive action Support organizational changes including role transitions, team redesign, and change management Promote a positive employee experience by fostering a culture of accountability, feedback, and inclusion Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, balancing risk with business needs What You Bring

8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in an HR Business Partner capacity Strong track record in employee relations, performance coaching, and navigating complex people issues Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence employees and leaders at all levels, including executives Experience in regulated or professional services industries preferred; financial services a plus Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent judgment and discretion Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) and PowerPoint Why Join Us?
