We're seeking a visionary and hands-on

Senior UX Leader

to transform the end-to-end experience for financial advisors across Kestra's proprietary and third-party platforms. This leader will elevate the design practice and reimagine how advisors interact with our technology, with a strong focus on usability, visual clarity, and streamlined workflows. The role will drive improvements in information architecture, reduce user friction, and influence product decisions through user insights.

This is a critical hire for us as we seek to unify the advisor experience across homegrown platforms and tools like Salesforce, eMoney, and other integrated systems. You will partner deeply with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to bring the voice of the advisor and end user into every phase of design and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience Strategy & Design Leadership

Define and deliver a cohesive, intuitive advisor experience across homegrown and 3rd-party tools Champion user-centric design and advocate for UX best practices from discovery to delivery Reimagine workflows and information architecture to reduce friction and improve adoption

Cross-Platform Integration

Ensure seamless experiences across Kestra platforms and integrated tools like Salesforce, eMoney, and client portals Partner with internal platform and API teams to drive consistent UX patterns and interactions

Team Building & Leadership

Lead and grow a high-performing UX/UI team with a focus on mentorship, design excellence, and collaborative delivery Foster a design culture rooted in continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and accessibility

UX Process & Governance

Establish scalable design systems, frameworks, and governance models for internal and external tools Create repeatable UX research and testing methodologies that lead to measurable outcomes

User Research & Feedback Loops

Lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts to deeply understand advisor and client needs Translate insights into design decisions that enhance satisfaction, reduce training needs, and improve task efficiency

Business Partnership & Influence

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align UX goals with business outcomes Articulate and present design rationale and value to senior stakeholders in a compelling, strategic manner

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 3 years managing design teams Proven success designing for complex enterprise platforms, ideally in financial services or B2B environments Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and usability improvements Deep understanding of design systems, information architecture, and accessibility standards Experience with tools such as Figma, UX research platforms, journey mapping, and design collaboration tools Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Experience:

Experience in the wealth management, fintech, or financial services industry Familiarity with integrated advisor platforms such as Salesforce, eMoney, Redtail, or Orion Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA) impacting design Why Join Us:
