Valet
here at our restaurant, Pardos. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by managing their vehicles and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests. Key Responsibilities :
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant. Assisting guests with parking their vehicles, including handling keys and managing vehicle locations. Safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring that all cars are treated with care. - Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the valet area. Communicating effectively with guests about parking procedures and estimated wait times. - Collaborating with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless experience for guests. Being knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu and services to answer any guest inquiries. Monitoring the vehicle flow and adjusting parking strategies as necessary. Providing guests with assistance as needed, including helping with luggage or special requests Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace. Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual transmissions if applicable. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist guests with their belongings. Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to accommodate busy restaurant hours. What's in it for you:
