We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a
Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler . You will make a difference in the lives of residents by maintaining the schedule of their direct care staff.
Responsibilities: Maintaining the department schedules
and adjusting when needed Coordinating with managers
to determine appropriate staffing levels, including developing metrics Receiving call-offs
from staff and adjusting the schedule accordingly Predicting and filling future schedule needs
based on Paid Time Off requests Assisting with the onboarding
of new associates Cultivating the PRN pool
to cover area communities as needed Adhering to company policies , procedures and safety guidelines Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
