Join our dynamic team and help enhance the customer shopping experience as a Cashier or Stock Associate. In this part-time position, you'll enjoy a variety of tasks each day, from operating registers and stocking shelves to providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Year 2 - $18.00 | Year 3 - $18.50 | Year 4 - $18.50 | Year 5 - $19.50 Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent store operations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of relevant documents. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in a friendly manner. Provide valuable feedback on products and inventory. Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy. Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses. Stock Associate Responsibilities: Stock shelves and ensure product rotation for freshness. Create appealing displays based on merchandising guidelines. Efficiently manage new inventory and dispose of packaging materials. Operate machinery safely by adhering to all protocols. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store. Ability to handle merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds for stocking. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Friendly and prompt customer service skills. Effectively maintain cleanliness to company standards. Ability to understand and implement company policies. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong time management skills. Knowledge of the company’s products and services. For Cashiers:
Efficient operation of cash registers and compliance with local laws regarding alcohol sales. For Stock Associates:
Skill in safely operating store equipment, with morning availability starting as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is desirable. A combination of education and experience that equates to similar knowledge is acceptable.
