Human Resources Benefit & Leave Coordinator - Healthcare

detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused Human Resources Benefit & Leave Coordinator
to manage employee benefit and leave programs while delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefit programs
including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental coverage for a healthcare workforce. Coordinate
leave of absence programs
(FMLA, ADA, short/long-term disability) in partnership with a third-party leave administrator. Lead
open enrollment
processes and handle benefit enrollments throughout the year. Maintain and update employee records using
Dayforce HRIS
and benefit carrier portals. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific regulatory requirements through timely reporting and documentation. Serve as a resource to employees and leaders, providing
high-touch customer service
for benefits and leave-related questions. Support
workers' compensation
case coordination, documentation, and follow-up. Assist HR team with various administrative and compliance-related tasks. Creatively promote and communicate benefits and perks
to staff using engaging materials, events, and campaigns-ensuring employees are informed, excited, and taking full advantage of available offerings. Maintain an
extremely organized approach
to managing multiple tasks and deadlines with
exceptional follow-up skills
to ensure no detail is missed. Required Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
in benefits administration in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment. Solid knowledge of
FMLA, ADA, HIPAA , and other relevant compliance standards. Experience with
Dayforce HRIS
(or similar platforms) and proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite . Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly. Creative and outgoing approach
to publicizing employee benefits, perks, and wellness initiatives. Extremely organized and detail-oriented , with excellent time management and
strong follow-up skills . Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Why Join Us?
