Communications and Marketing Project Coordinator
to help amplify our mission and engage our growing community!

As part of our Communications and Marketing team, you'll play a key role in shaping how we connect with members, partners, and the broader public through impactful campaigns, digital media, and creative content.
What You'll Do: Lead marketing projects
from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Collaborate with the Director of Communications and Marketing
to develop and execute strategic campaigns across digital, social, email, and print platforms. Manage content creation , including website updates, social media, and promotional materials to boost engagement and event participation. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
to streamline workflows and deliver high-quality communications. Track analytics and media outreach
to measure impact and refine strategies. Support administrative tasks
while contributing fresh ideas to elevate ASBC's brand. What We're Looking For:
A creative problem-solver
with 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination. Strong organizational skills -you can juggle multiple projects while keeping everything on track. Tech-savvy
with experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and project management tools (certification a plus!). Exceptional communicator -you write clearly, edit meticulously, and collaborate effectively. A heart for ministry -you're excited to support ASBC's mission through innovative outreach.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Graphic design or photo editing skills Experience with digital analytics and social media strategy A knack for building relationships with media and community partners Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field. Familiarity with project management best practices. Work Schedule:
Standard hours: Tuesday - Friday, 9 AM - 7 PM (10-hour shifts) Flexibility required for evening events, weekend events, and major productions (e.g., Christmas concerts, special services)
