As a Marketing Specialist, you will support and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty across our travel and membership programs. Your primary focus will be building, deploying, and optimizing email marketing campaigns from onboarding flows to win-back and retention initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, including campaign management, content creation, and member engagement efforts. Your ability to effectively coordinate email campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and optimize strategies will drive successful outcomes. With a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, you will help elevate our marketing efforts, ensuring that our communications resonate with our audience and promote loyalty while supporting overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of loyalty programs through building, deploying, and monitoring email, direct mail and SMS marketing campaigns. Monitor, optimize and maintain existing email automation workflows Optimize campaigns by analyzing open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics, and refine strategies to increase engagement and improve performance. Create targeted email campaigns including segmentation, nurture streams and 1:1 lead nurturing Create automation emails that trigger off of specific consumer behavior or milestones Develop and manage email streams and lead strategies including email segmentation, A/B testing and optimization. Perform ongoing quality control and asset proofing procedures to ensure assets are correct, links are working, content is proofed, and materials adhere to brand standards. Coordinate with internal teams to align email marketing efforts with broader campaigns and ensure all deadlines are met. Build, test and maintain email data, smart lists, and email cadence flows in email management system (Marketo). Work closely with teams in sales, customer service, and product development to ensure email marketing campaigns are aligned with overall company objectives and meet members' needs. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing and sales data. Completes all other duties and tasks as assigned Requirements:

3+ years marketing experience Experience creating email and multi-channel nurture streams and performing sophisticated email marketing workflows Experience A/B testing to optimize conversion metrics for emails Experience in print, email, web, and audio/visual marketing Or an equivalent combination of experience and education that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the essential functions of the position Expert knowledge of marketing automation and email platforms (Marketo experience preferred) High level of written and verbal communication skills High level of understanding with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Ability to drive both tactical and strategic marketing initiatives Who We Are:
