As a Marketing Specialist, you will support and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty across our travel and membership programs. Your primary focus will be building, deploying, and optimizing email marketing campaigns from onboarding flows to win-back and retention initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, including campaign management, content creation, and member engagement efforts. Your ability to effectively coordinate email campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and optimize strategies will drive successful outcomes. With a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, you will help elevate our marketing efforts, ensuring that our communications resonate with our audience and promote loyalty while supporting overall business objectives. Responsibilities
Support the implementation of loyalty programs through building, deploying, and monitoring email, direct mail, and SMS marketing campaigns. Monitor, optimize, and maintain existing email automation workflows. Analyze open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics to refine strategies and increase engagement. Create targeted email campaigns including segmentation, nurture streams, and 1:1 lead nurturing. Develop automation emails triggered by specific consumer behaviors or milestones. Manage email streams and lead strategies, including segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization. Ensure quality control and proofing of assets, links, and content adherence to brand standards. Coordinate with internal teams to align email marketing efforts with broader campaigns and meet deadlines. Build, test, and maintain email data, smart lists, and cadence flows in Marketo. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and product teams to align campaigns with company goals and customer needs. Prepare marketing reports by analyzing and summarizing marketing and sales data. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
3+ years of marketing experience. Experience creating multi-channel nurture streams and sophisticated email workflows. Proficiency in A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns. Experience in print, email, web, and audio/visual marketing. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Ability to drive tactical and strategic marketing initiatives. Who We Are
