Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour JOB SUMMARY Join our team as a CDL B Driver responsible for the efficient delivery and pickup of containers from customer sites. We're looking for a dedicated individual who can maintain a safe driving record and foster strong relationships with our customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operate a commercial truck equipped with a patented lift mechanism to load and unload containers. Conduct thorough daily pre and post trip inspections of the vehicle and lift. Adapt to additional delivery requests as necessary to support our business operations. Utilize a handheld computer for accurate delivery verification and efficient navigation. Operate a forklift and/or overhead crane as required. Ensure containers are clean and presentable before delivering to customers. Assist customers with rental paperwork and payment processing. Communicate effectively with the Driver Lead or Market Manager regarding customer inquiries or issues. Perform repairs on containers and lifts both in the field and back at the storage center. Support storage center operations as needed. Keep the truck cab clean and free from debris. Be willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Reports to management with direct supervision typically from a Market Manager or Territory Manager. This position is

responsible for managing other employees. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent is required. Must possess a valid CDL Class B License without an air brake restriction. Maintain a current and valid driver license. Meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards. At least 21 years of age is required due to insurance policies. A valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or the ability to obtain a minimum one-year certification (DOT requirement) is necessary. Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software is preferred. Basic math skills are essential to successfully perform duties. An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience will also be considered. Must be able to attend a required 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program.
