Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) - Multi Store Role

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! In this dynamic role, you will engage with wholesale and retail customers, helping them find the right Sherwin-Williams products and ensuring their satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will involve understanding customer needs, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely manner. You will contribute to achieving our store's sales goals while maintaining high standards of product quality and store presentation. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Assisting customers both in-store and on the phone, understanding their needs. Building strong relationships with customers in both wholesale and retail. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies. Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining organized work order files and formulas. Removing products from shelves or warehouses as needed. Tinting and mixing products to match customer specifications. Organizing store displays and stocking shelves. Ensuring store equipment is clean and operational. Assisting with deliveries when necessary. Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Staying knowledgeable about our products and options available. Complying with inventory control procedures. Offering suggestions for sales improvements. This position will primarily be at Store #5377 located at 6790 East Genesee Street, Fayetteville, NY 13066, and Store #5358 at 4500 West Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13219, with occasional assignments at nearby locations. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Valid and unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be willing to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Prior experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
