Salary: $26.00-$30.00/hour (Based on experience, education, and skills)

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring that equipment, systems, and tools across the Harvey facility run safely and efficiently. You'll use your hands-on mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills to keep our operations running at peak performance. What You'll Be Doing: Perform preventive maintenance tasks and complete work orders across plant systems Troubleshoot motor control systems, replace faulty devices (fuses, motor starters, relays, etc.) Diagnose and repair 1-phase and 3-phase equipment including pumps, agitators, compressors, and packaging lines Maintain instrumentation such as flow meters, level meters, switches, transmitters, and sensors Resolve faults in PLC-controlled systems, including valves and automation interlocks Ensure compliance for facility systems like fire suppression, boilers, and elevators Conduct welding and piping assembly for system fabrication and repairs Maintain and repair mobile equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, and pallet jacks Follow all site safety protocols and work permit procedures Address ASRS fault codes and interface with Savannah warehouse management system Perform electrical installations and repairs on motors, drives, valves, lighting, and instrumentation Troubleshoot fault alarms and collaborate with operations to support the FT Batch program
What We're Looking For: Experience: 5+ years in maintenance or industrial repair roles Education: High school diploma or GED required; Technical school certification a plus Skills: * Proficiency in automation, fabrication, welding, and piping * Strong background in hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Electrical and plumbing system knowledge * Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics (single line, ladder diagrams, isometric, cross-sectional) * Experience with PLC troubleshooting or programming
