Compensation:
We offer competitive pay, with the hourly base ranging from $17 to $19 per hour plus tips, reflecting your skills, experience, and location. Sign-On Bonus:
This position is eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus for both full-time and part-time roles. Candidates who worked for UPP in the past two years are not eligible. The bonus is paid in two installments: $150 after 30 days of employment and another $150 after 90 days. Benefits:

Role Summary This position requires providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely, and assisting with luggage for guests during arrival and departure. Essential Responsibilities Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with all guests and team members. Greet guests warmly and use their last names during interactions. (25%) Use appropriate salutations and welcome guests to the location. Demonstrate proper Towne Park phone etiquette. Remain attentive while in designated areas. (10%) Safely park and retrieve vehicles with caution, assist guests with their luggage, and open vehicle and hotel doors for guests. (20%) Provide guests with directions, taxi services, reservations, and information about facility amenities and local attractions. Deliver messages and items as requested. (10%) Explain parking rates and procedures upon arrival, issue claim checks after collecting vehicle keys, and accurately maintain ticket information. (35%) Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. One month of related experience or equivalent education is preferred. Skills Needed Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to read, comprehend, and write standard English. Basic math skills to handle monetary transactions and rates. Familiarity with both military and standard timekeeping is a plus. Experience with manual transmissions is highly desirable. Working Conditions This role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures. Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and sustaining a range of motions.
