Year 2 - $18.50 | Year 3 - $19.00 | Year 4 - $19.00 | Year 5 - $20.00 Duties and Responsibilities: Work as a team to communicate relevant information to your leader. Ensure the security and confidentiality of documents and data in your area. Complete additional duties as assigned. Cashier Responsibilities: Handle customer transactions efficiently and maintain cleanliness throughout the store. Provide stellar customer service and assist shoppers as needed. Offer management feedback on products, inventory issues, and overall store conditions. Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels. Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses. Stock Associate Responsibilities: Efficiently stock shelves and ensure product rotation for freshness. Adhere to merchandising planograms for display excellence. Organize incoming inventory and manage packaging disposal. Operate machinery safely following all safety protocols. Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store regularly. Stock Associates must lift products weighing up to 45 pounds and stock at various heights. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong customer service skills. Ability to uphold cleanliness standards. Capability to interpret and apply company policies. Excellent verbal communication skills. Competence to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills. Knowledge of company products and services. Cashier Specific: Ability to operate cash registers with accuracy. Compliance with state/local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages. Stock Associate Specific: Ability to safely operate equipment such as manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers. Morning availability is a must, with potential start times as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience preferred.
