Build and maintain marketing assets such as templated banners, landing pages, and messages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other digital marketing tools Collaborate with marketing team members to gather requirements and develop effective digital solutions Manage and triage production requests, ensuring timely execution and adherence to brand standards Optimize web content for SEO and enhanced user experience Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to content display and functionality Review, document, and enhance current processes for greater efficiency Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to drive successful outcomes Ensure on-site experience supports omnichannel strategies and communicates key marketing messages Work closely with internal partners to verify accurate revenue tracking across content Manage digital content projects within Workfront, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field 5 years of experience in digital marketing and content management preferred Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Experience with Workfront or other project management tools Familiarity with Jira or similar issue tracking systems Strong understanding of HTML and CSS Knowledge of SEO best practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
