$14.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience) Schedule:
Part-TimeDay hours. 20-24 hours per week. Hours vary according to need. Some evening and weekend hours as needed. Holidays are required.

What You'll Do: As a
Maintenance Worker , Keep the facility safe, tidy, and in working order. Respond to occupants' requests for service and maintenance. Make sure that electrical systems are in safe and working condition. Stay current on safety measures for fire, carbon monoxide and other alarms. Paint and fix up parts of the building or facility that may be in disrepair.
What You'll Bring:
1 - 3 years prior Housekeeping, Custodial, and/or Maintenance required. High school diploma or GED required. A compassionate, team-oriented mindset Boiler's License preferred. Valid MN Drivers License required. Must be 18 years old or older.
