PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adult inpatient population Admissions: Yes Case Mix: General hospitalist cases requiring procedures
FACILITY INFORMATION Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Trauma Level: Traverse City level II, Ostego IV, EMR: Cerner Specialty Back up: General surgery, orthopedic surgery, nephrology
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Rate: TBD Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance REQUIRED PROCEDURES (Except Traverse city) Intubation (Night shift) Ventilation management (Night shift) Arterial& Central line placement (Night shift)
JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active Michigan license required Certifications: ACNP required for Nurse Practitioners Experience: Prior inpatient or hospitalist experience with procedural competency Other Qualifications: Must be available for night shifts and able to travel between credentialed facilities
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide inpatient hospitalist care during night shifts Perform critical care procedures including intubations and line placements Support cross-coverage across four Michigan hospitals Deliver independent and team-based care in an acute inpatient setting
