We’re looking for a
General Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations for a
large format graphics facility
in
Miami . This is a key leadership role with responsibility over people, process, and performance-from the shop floor to the client relationship.
What You’ll Be Doing As A
General Manager : Lead and motivate a team across
production, installation, design, and customer service
Oversee
workflow, scheduling, quality control, and on-time delivery
Ensure optimal use of materials, equipment, and labor to meet client expectations
Partner with sales and account teams to deliver excellent service and quick turnarounds
Identify areas for
operational improvements
and help implement best practices
Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and margins
Be a visible, engaged leader who’s comfortable on the floor and in the boardroom
What We’re Looking For In A
General Manager :
5+ years in large/wide format graphics
Proven leadership in a
general manager or
operations
management role,
at least
2+ years
Hands-on and proactive -someone who can roll up their sleeves and lead by example
Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
