Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mercedes-Benz Sales Manager to join our prestigious dealership in Tulsa, OK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences that align with Jackie Cooper philosophy and the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to upper management

Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute targeted campaigns for Mercedes-Benz vehicles

Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to maintain optimal stock

Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance

Foster strong relationships with key clients and handle high-value sales negotiations

Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz product lines, features, and industry trends

Resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications: Qualifications

5+ years of automotive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role

Luxury experience preferred.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the automotive industry

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team

Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite

In-depth understanding of the luxury automotive market and/or Mercedes-Benz product lines

Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Automotive Sales Certification (preferred)

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, according to Oklahoma law
