Job Title Principal HR Business Partner (Collegeville, PA) Location(s) GSK (Collegeville) - Customer Site PA PerkinElmer is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner based in the Philadelphia area, to provide human resources support for our OneSource Service business. This position will be primarily located onsite at one of our critical customer accounts.

In this role you will collaborate with Business Leaders, Management Teams, and HR team members along with our HR Centers of Excellence to deliver a wide range of HR activities for your client groups. The scope of this role spans employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

In this role you will serve as the HR Business Partner on organizational and business initiatives and activities including:

Culture

Facilitating culture and communications throughout the organization; work with leaders to ensure successful implementation of change efforts Deliver strong HR services, reduce complexity and partner with managers to maximize team performance Talent/Recruitment

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top talent and track progress towards hiring goals Conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and provide feedback on candidates Work with leaders to ensure the offer approval and headcount requisition processes are followed as outlined Serve as trusted business partner in talent reviews, organizational design, performance improvement and coaching discussions. Identify, recommend, implement/facilitate appropriate people development activities to facilitate individual, team and organizational needs Employee Relations

Build strong collaborative partnerships with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and support the overall business strategy Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR issues, performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement. Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely manner Champion employee engagement and retention initiatives Compensation and Benefits

Partnership with the Total Rewards COE for compensation plans, salary planning, performance management, and recognition programs that are in line with the organization's goals Provide support in salary benchmarking and other compensation reviews and discussions Compliance and Policy

Help to ensure that the company adheres to federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Support company policies and processes ensuring alignment with company goals and identifying areas for improvement. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college 8+ year's progressive experience in human resources, organizational development / talent management / high growth environment. Minimum of 3 years of experience partnering with commercial or service leaders is preferred Preferred Characteristics

Proven ability to be successful in a complex, matrix, goal-driven organization Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Confidence to voice opinions & ideas to leadership Ability to support and coach leaders, when appropriate Clear and concise communication style Self-starter who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $120,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
