Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and painting, with the ability to read blueprints, estimate project costs accurately, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. This is a 100% in-office role.
Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential painting projects.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide transparent pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and crews to ensure estimates align with execution plans.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and project scopes.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for upcoming projects.
• Ensure estimates reflect the company's core values of quality, fairness, and professionalism.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an estimator in the construction or residential painting industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working 100% onsite in a collaborative office environment.

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
Pay Details:
$50,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
