Job Responsibilities:

Provide and advise outstanding customer service through both oral and written communications including customers best strategies to achieve their desired outcomes. Provide streamlining on pricing per company guidelines and quoting Prepare and process packaging quotes, orders, and sample requests into a computer system MACOLA Manage established house accounts to communicate fully with customers and work follow- up promptly with quotes, requests, orders, and other task. Work with all outside sales representatives, administrative staff, production staff, suppliers, and customers on orders and projects, including pricing, technical specifications, and meeting deadlines. Interact with various departments to find resolution to shipping inquiries, returns, credit, and payments Work and communicate with productions supervisors on processing "HOT" orders in a timely and efficient manner Communicate with heavy e-mail and computer skills QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to think quickly and solve problems Self-starter that can work independently Bilingual (english and spanish) 3+ years of customer service experience in packaging, production, and construction a bonus Excellent mathematical experience, measurements, dimentions, and weight variences Customer service driven and have variable customer relation skills Importance of priority and accuracy
