Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative
will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support, ensuring accurate order processing, and assisting the sales team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate:
$23-$25/hour Benefits:

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, professional support to customers via phone and email, resolving inquiries quickly and effectively. Send daily order tracking updates to keep customers informed and ensure transparency. Verify purchase order details against sales quotes and sales orders, updating records for accuracy. Process returns and process credits efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service. Answer incoming customer calls and route them to the appropriate team member or department. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, follow-up communications, and internal coordination. Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to support seamless order fulfillment and resolve any issues promptly. Customer Service Representative Skills and Abilities:
Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service and building trusted relationships Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Team-oriented and proactive, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Customer Service Representative Education and Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or a related support role is preferred Familiarity with order processing or CRM/ERP systems is a plus
