Pay Range: $40 - $45.21 per hour
This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Business Operations team based in Santa Clara, California. This role is pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring data and reports accuracy via User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and AI-driven tools to drive data analysis, reporting, and insights generation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new datasets, reports, and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and business alignment. Utilize advanced data analysis and visualization tools to develop, maintain, and scale impactful reports and dashboards. Transform complex business data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing analytical support and acting as a data subject matter expert. Proactively identify and create new reports to meet evolving business needs, utilizing AI for insights generation.
Must-Have Skills:
Expert proficiency in SQL and strong experience in Excel/Gsheets. Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau. Proven experience leading UAT for data products and creating test plans.
Industry Experience: Experience in a business operations or analytical role within a fast-paced, data-driven environment is essential.
