Location: Santa Clara, CA Duration: 6+ Month (possibility of extension) The Role Is Open Only for W2 Job Description We're looking for a sharp and experienced Business Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations team. You'll be key in turning data into action, driving efficiency, and ensuring our data and reports are accurate. This role emphasizes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of datasets and dashboards, pipeline modeling, along with creating impactful new reports and insights. Responsibilities Data Quality & UAT : Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new and updated datasets, reports, and dashboards to guarantee data accuracy and alignment with business requirements. Develop and execute rigorous testing methods. Work with data engineering and business stakeholders to resolve data issues. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze complex business data to find trends and anomalies leveraging AI. Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Excel and SQL. Scale reporting using AI. Proactively identify and create new reports that meet evolving business needs. Insight Generation : Transform data into clear, actionable insights. Craft data-driven stories that highlight key performance drivers and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations to boost operational efficiency and outcomes. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with Business Operations, Sales Ops, Finance, Strategy, Product etc. teams to provide analytical support including Dashboard and dataset UAT and pipeline modeling. Act as a data subject matter expert and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Data Engineering and IT. Top Skills: 4+ years in
data analysis, business intelligence, or an analytical role
supporting business operations. Expert proficiency in
SQL for data extraction
and manipulation is essential. Strong proficiency using
Excel and Gsheet's Strong experience with
data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
to build interactive dashboards. Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data products and reports, including developing test plans. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for all audiences. Experience using AI (tools like Gemini, Notebook LM)
for insights generation. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics). Master's degree preferred.
