Responsibilities Serve as the first line of communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes Assist with order processing, returns, and follow-up communication Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times Qualifications
Qualifications
