Position Overview:

The HR Generalist plays a key role in shaping the employee experience at every stage of the talent lifecycle. This position leads recruiting for office and intern roles, designs and delivers high-impact onboarding and training programs, and helps drive employee engagement and culture-building efforts. The role also supports systems implementation, compliance tracking, and DEIB reporting-ensuring both people and processes align with company values and strategic goals.

Lead recruiting efforts for office and intern roles using LinkedIn, Indeed, and agency partnerships Represent the company at career fairs and external events to strengthen employer brand Support digital storytelling initiatives to attract top talent Design and execute employee experience touchpoints (first-day logistics, welcome events, communication cadence) Own intern onboarding and development planning Create and manage the company-wide training calendar (technical, leadership, compliance, DEIB) Maintain intern development plans and track training progress Manage and analyze employee engagement surveys Plan and support culture-building initiatives and events Implement and support HR tools such as BambooHR for performance tracking and internal mobility Support performance review cycles and talent development efforts Ensure audit readiness and training compliance Assist with DEIB tracking and reporting efforts Education & Experience:

3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with exposure to multiple functional areas (recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, L&D, compliance) Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment for office/intern roles, including use of platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed Experience designing or supporting onboarding and employee experience programs Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR) and performance management tools Demonstrated experience coordinating training calendars or programs (technical, compliance, leadership) Exposure to DEIB initiatives and/or reporting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across departments Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization strongly preferred Why Horwitz
