About the Role
As a
Construction Estimating & Project Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in supporting our estimating and project management teams. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of commercial and recreational projects, including tennis courts, pickleball courts, and other unique spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with bid preparation, including quantity takeoffs, documentation, and communication.
Collaborate with the sales team to manage bid opportunities and ensure accurate information.
Support project managers with contract reviews, submittals, and permit applications.
Identify and implement solutions to challenges during bidding, design, and project execution.
Draft plans for recreational spaces using CAD or similar tools.
Manage project documentation, contracts, and client communications.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, Technical diploma, or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
Previous experience in construction or general contracting is but not required.
