Job Title: Senior Workday HRIS Analyst Location: Raleigh, NC - Onsite 4 days/week (relocation support available) Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 base + 10% Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Introduction We're seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join a growing internal HR Technology team during an exciting multi-year Workday HCM and Payroll deployment. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a decentralized, enterprise-wide self-service model and expanding Workday functionality across a large national organization.

Ideal candidates will bring Workday configuration expertise, a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnerships, and a desire to grow with a company committed to transformation and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS or Human Capital Management systems 3+ years of direct Workday configuration/administration experience Strong experience with Workday business processes and security framework Experience working in a decentralized, multi-division organization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Prism, or Extend Workday HCM certification Experience with Workday EIB templates and Excel-based data transformation Background in consulting or supporting high-growth environments Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support the go-live and stabilization of Workday HCM and Payroll modules Configure and manage Workday security models and business processes Lead EIB data loads and support data integrity audits Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business units to optimize platform use Design and manage Workday dashboards and reporting (Matrix, Composite, Advanced) Serve as a trusted Workday SME across six divisions Support documentation, training, and user education as additional modules roll out Stay engaged with Workday Community, product updates, and certification paths Company Benefits & Culture
