HRIS Analyst III (Workday)
Location:
Remote - U.S. Only (U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders; no sponsorship) Type:
Full-Time | Exempt Compensation:
$100,000 - $130,000 base salary

Configure, test, and administer Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking), ensuring seamless system functionality. Reporting & Analytics:
Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards (Report Writer, BIRT), leveraging EIBs and integrations for HR data insights. Upgrade & Project Leadership:
Lead Workday release upgrades, enhancements, and feature rollouts-plan, execute, and validate changes through end-to-end testing (UAT and SIT). Business Partnership:
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive process improvements. Data Integrity & Compliance:
Perform regular audits, data reconciliations, and system health checks to uphold data accuracy, security, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years focused on Workday implementations and support Deep expertise in Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking Proven ability with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Web Services) and advanced report writing Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and experience with change-management in HR systems Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at collaborating with technical and non-technical partners Other Essential Functions Develop and maintain end-user documentation, training materials, and knowledge-base articles Serve as primary support for Workday ticket triage, troubleshooting, and resolution Monitor Workday Community for best practices, new features, and continuous improvement opportunities Participate in cross-departmental projects, system enhancements, and data governance initiatives
