About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead the development and expansion of partnerships within the benefits and HCM ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will shape the channel sales strategy and drive results as a passionate sales leader who thrives in the benefits administration space. You will take charge of building and nurturing partnerships with diverse entities such as system integrators, HCM providers, benefit administrators, and insurance brokers, while also engaging directly with employers and insurance carriers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Driving pipeline growth and revenue generation
Representing our brand at industry events as a trusted ambassador
Establishing and maturing strategic partnerships to enhance business performance
The ideal candidate will exhibit a proven track record in the benefits administration sector, possessing strong relationships with system integrators, HCM platforms, employers, brokers, and insurance companies. A deep understanding of payroll and benefits administration workflows, HCM and employer distribution models, as well as life and group insurance carrier networks is essential.
