As a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing powerful marketing strategies that align with our growth objectives.

You will take the helm of a talented marketing team, focusing on digital strategies, product marketing, content creation, events, and brand development. This role emphasizes a data-driven approach to owning and optimizing the MQL pipeline, ensuring we meet our ambitious growth targets. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align our go-to-market strategy and utilize customer insights to inform our marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring 12-15 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position emphasizing pipeline growth. A proven track record in scaling MQL and SQL programs is essential, along with deep expertise in marketing analytics and modern marketing technologies. You should possess strong communication skills, be adept at cross-functional collaboration, and have experience in a growth-stage SaaS environment.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. We are looking for a resourceful leader who is comfortable balancing both strategic and executional responsibilities and who can foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the marketing team.
