Zobility
Responsibilities:
Under general direction, repair and maintenance of production related equipment within the manufacturing facility.
Troubleshoots and repairs equipment including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical, plumbing, engines, motors, cranes and other production related equipment
Documents and completes records of repair, work orders, etc. in an accurate and timely manner
Uses hand and power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to repair and maintain
Maintains a clean work area and maintains general housekeeping standards, such as proper care for assigned tools
Understands and practices established safety and quality standard procedures
Performs all tasks to ISO standards and requirements
Assists with cross training peers
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Moderate noise in the work environment
Requirements:
3+ years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment Proven working knowledge of industrial powered equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes and hoists Intermediate electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC troubleshooting skills Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills Experience interpreting blueprints, sketches Basic math Self - starter capable of effectively managing multiple concurrent projects Overtime, weekend hours and split shifts, as needed Certification from trade school or technical program Basic wiring skills a plus Electrical motor control experience, desired Effective communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office a plus Education:
High school diploma or GED
