Job Summary:

The People Operations Services Generalist is a hybrid role that blends the analytical capabilities of an HR Analyst with the operational expertise of an HR Generalist. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR data integrity, supporting talent acquisition, and delivering responsive employee support. The Generalist also leads efforts in benefits auditing, compliance reporting, and data-driven decision-making to enhance the effectiveness of the People Operations function.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries via the HR hotline and Workday ticketing system. Create and manage tickets for employee calls and requests, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Maintain and update employee records in Workday, including new hires, status changes, benefits, and compliance documentation. Support pest control license processing and renewals, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation facilitation and exit documentation. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support interview coordination, background checks, and candidate communications. Conduct audits of benefits enrollment and invoicing to ensure accuracy and compliance with plan rules. Prepare and submit compliance reports including EEO-1, BLS, ACA, and other regulatory filings. Analyze HR data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve service delivery. Generate and maintain reports and dashboards related to headcount, turnover, compliance, and other key metrics. Monitor and respond to HR case management system inquiries within defined SLAs. Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs, FAQs, and internal HR documentation. Participate in seasonal and agile HR initiatives such as open enrollment, audits, and special projects. Perform other duties as assigned to support the People Operations Services team. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 0 - 2 years of experience in HR generalist, analyst, or operations roles. Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred). Experience with employee benefits administration, including auditing and vendor invoicing. Familiarity with compliance reporting requirements (EEO-1, ACA, BLS, etc.). Advanced Excel skills including: Pivot Tables and Power Query VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and logical functions Conditional formatting and data validation o Dashboard creation and dynamic charts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in HR generalist, analyst, or operations roles. Experience supporting multi-state operations or licensing functions. Advanced Excel proficiency, including: o Pivot Tables for dynamic data summarization. Power Query for data transformation and automation. INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, and array formulas for complex data retrieval. Conditional formatting and data validation for audit and compliance tracking. Named ranges, dynamic charts, and interactive dashboards. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build HR dashboards and present insights to leadership. Strong understanding of benefits administration, including: Auditing benefits enrollment data for accuracy. Reconciling vendor invoices and identifying discrepancies. Supporting open enrollment and employee communications. Experience preparing and submitting compliance reports, including: EEO-1 (Equal Employment Opportunity) ACA (Affordable Care Act) o BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics) Other federal and state-mandated filings. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred. Experience with case management systems and employee support platforms. Compliance Considerations:
