Establish a trusted, veteran-aligned technical presence in the Seattle Metro to support Scalor's expansion into a new market. This isn't just a field role - it's an opportunity to become the face of a mission-first company that's redefining UPS service by investing in people, not just products. You'll carry forward the culture that the team built in Portland: one of trust, service, and continuous learning.

You will operate out of Seattle, WA. This will be your region of responsibility. You will travel to Portland often in the first six months for training and OJT. As the company brings on more Seattle based clients, your time in Seattle proper will expand.

You direct supervisor is a former Navy ET. He is the one in the video above. Performance Objectives • Earn Multi-Brand Certifications (0-6 Months): Travel nationally for formal UPS training at facilities in Texas, Wisconsin, and California to become a certified, brand-agnostic field technician. • Complete OJT in Portland (0-6 Months): Join senior techs in the Portland metro area to build confidence and hands-on experience with legacy and modern UPS systems under contract. • Deliver Field Service Excellence (Ongoing): Conduct preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and emergency repair services across client sites in the Seattle area - from first-call fixes to battery replacements (requires lifting up to 100lbs in teams of two). • Build Local Client Trust (3-12 Months): Own the customer experience. Develop trusted relationships as the "Scalor Tech" in Seattle, known for responsiveness, knowledge, and mission ownership. • Document Field Work with Precision (Ongoing): Complete detailed service reports including labor time, equipment performance, and parts usage - maintaining top-tier standards in clarity, safety, and compliance. • Contribute to a High-Trust, Growth-Minded Culture: Embody the servant leadership mindset. Lean into learning, offer help where needed, and represent a team that believes in investing in people first.
