Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the perfect solutions. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction while also meeting the store's sales goals. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service Assisting customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs Building trusting relationships with customers Processing sales transactions accurately following company policies Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Maintaining organized work order files Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse Mixing products to meet customer specifications Stocking shelves and creating attractive displays Cleaning store equipment Helping load/unload delivery trucks Assisting with deliveries as needed Keeping assigned areas organized and presentable Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and available options Adhering to inventory control procedures Providing suggestions for improving sales This position includes working at locations such as: 77 Eastern Blvd. Canandaigua, NY 14424; 599 West Union Street, Newark NY 14513; and 520 Hamilton Street, Geneva, NY 14556. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age Legal authorization to work in the country without needing sponsorship Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish A valid, unrestricted Driver's License Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends If internal, a performance rating of at least meets expectations on the latest appraisal Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses if internal Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint and related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
