Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers! You will have the opportunity to connect with customers, identify their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the best solutions. As a crucial part of our store team, you will ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving any concerns while contributing to the achievement of our sales goals. As a valued member of Sherwin-Williams, you will work at various stores within a 30-mile radius, including: 77 Eastern Blvd, Canandaigua, NY 14424 599 West Union Street, Newark, NY 14513 520 Hamilton Street, Geneva, NY 14556. We are dedicated to supporting your well-being, career development, and connection with our community. Key Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Assist customers in-person and over the phone, identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate products. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies. Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain detailed work order files and product formulas. Retrieve and prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to customer specifications when necessary. Keep store displays stocked and organized. Assist in deliveries as needed and handle loading/unloading tasks. Remain knowledgeable about products and discuss available options with customers. Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements for sales. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work without the need for visa sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English and Spanish. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. If currently employed at Sherwin-Williams, must meet performance appraisal standards and complete required eLearning courses. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Prior experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment preferred.
