Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate gatherings to community outreach programs. The Event Coordinator will take the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing events that reflect our organization's values and mission. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, and participants, to ensure all aspects of the events are meticulously planned and managed.

Plan and execute a variety of events, including logistics, timelines, and budgets. Communicate and negotiate with vendors, venues, and sponsors to secure necessary services and resources. Develop and maintain event budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and revenue. Coordinate event marketing efforts to promote events through various channels. Work with the team to create event themes, agendas, and schedules that meet client needs and objectives. Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and on-site logistics. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or non-profit environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for negotiation. Detail-oriented mindset able to spot potential issues before they arise. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events. Benefits
