to support the Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) organization. This role provides strategic HR leadership in support of organizational priorities and requires an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who demonstrates the knowledge, experience, and ability to create and deploy integrated HR initiatives. Position Responsibilities:
HRBP to the BT&E Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons Leader and team Integrate across BT&E / CTO (Chief Technology Office) teams to support BTE/CTO across the site Lead BT&E/CTO St. Louis workforce planning and staffing HR leader responsible for Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) engagement and integration across BT&E/CTO Engage and partner with HR function on site initiatives Assist in shaping and influencing the culture for quality, safety and people engagement Lead people processes such as "Best Team & Talent Reviews" (BTTR) in support of HR strategies and initiatives Partner with the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and local HR teams to ensure the organization's HR and business strategies are aligned and the efficient delivery of HR products, tools, and services Collaborate and develop strong customer relationships with business leaders to drive the development and deployment of people strategies and action plans Understand and support the business environment Provide effective coaching, consultation, and conflict resolution skills for all levels Develop integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives Analyze staffing and workforce data and develop innovative solutions Partner with leaders on workforce strategies to attract, retain and develop employees The successful candidate will also have several key attributes:

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership 3+ years of experience working with Data analytics Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Human Resources certification 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist strategic business partner role 1+ years of experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines Experience influencing and building relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders Experience in executing strategies that promote exceptional customer service and employee engagement Experience in establishing new organizations or a strong desire to gain this experience Experience with employee benefits and compensation Experience using analytics and data to guide decision-making Drug Free Workplace:
