Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Training: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Lunch Break:
1 hour Position Summary An established organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support wholesale operations. This individual will be responsible for a variety of customer service and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable handling multiple priorities, and work well both independently and collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to wholesale customer accounts. Partner with outside sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Coordinate mailing of literature and promotional products to representatives. Maintain inventory levels of literature and marketing materials. Make travel arrangements for internal staff as needed. Organize and maintain purchase orders and professional journals in the company library. Process wholesale customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with the equipment sales and service team to support customer inquiries and parts/service requests. Provide backup support to the direct sales technical support team when necessary. Compile and process monthly commission reports for major dealer accounts. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact effectively with diverse teams. Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel; CRM experience required. Familiarity with Great Plains software is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and multitasking capability.
