Warehouse Inventory Clerk - Costa Mesa, CA
A leading technology organization is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Clerk to join its warehouse operations team in Costa Mesa. This position offers a stable schedule and opportunities for cross-training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 5:50 AM - 2:30 PM
Location:
Costa Mesa, CA
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pull and process customer work orders using warehouse systems and equipment Utilize shuttle systems, RF scanners, packing machines, pallet jacks, and forklifts for order picking and packing Monitor backorders and fulfill as inventory becomes available Communicate updates on order status to internal stakeholders via phone, email, and messaging tools Maintain stock levels and organize inventory and packaging supplies per operational standards Receive, sort, and store incoming shipments in designated warehouse areas Assist with shipping, receiving, RMA processing, and general warehouse tasks as needed Support other departments through cross-training and flexibility in daily tasks Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of warehouse experience Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently This is a full-time, on-site position. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong commitment to safety and quality in warehouse operations.
