We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Technical Recruiter to support the hiring efforts of our engineering and technical teams. This role requires a strategic partner who can identify, engage, and hire top-tier engineering talent across a range of complex, specialized roles such as ASIC design and verification engineers, embedded software, hardware and firmware engineers.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and technical teams to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and meet our high hiring standards in a competitive, fast-paced industry at the intersection of AI and HPC.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines across design engineering, embedded systems, validation, manufacturing, sales engineering and account management. Partnership with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships by providing a consultative approach to hiring teams to understand role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and drive recruitment strategies that align with business goals. Candidate Experience: Champion a high-touch candidate experience that reflects our culture and values from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics to report recruitment funnel progress, assess effectiveness, and continuously improve recruitment practices. Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with talent trends, competitor benchmarks, and industry developments in the semiconductor and tech sectors. Employer Branding: Support efforts to enhance employer brand visibility through social media, university relations, technical conferences, and networking events. Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience from candidate sourcing through offer negotiations and onboarding with a proven background filling complex engineering positions. Extensive background with semiconductor industry standards, technologies, or engineering processes (e.g., SoC design, PCIe, verification fabrication, embedded software and hardware, EDA tools, Omni-Path, InfiniBand or Ultra-Ethernet, etc). 7+ years leading complex sourcing initiatives for hard-to-fill and passive technical talent generation including persona development, CRM strategy and innovative pipeline generation techniques with a strong record of closing top talent at all levels. Demonstrated ability to influence hiring teams, drive clarity in undefined environments, and guide hiring decisions based on market realities. Experience with ATS platforms (ideally BambooHR) and sourcing tools. Familiarity with equity-based compensation structures and market mapping in competitive talent markets. Must have demonstrated experience using AI tools to support hiring initiatives. Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and innovation-driven start-up environment. Comfort with niche roles, especially where product, engineering, and customer-facing work intersects.- Familiarity with OFCCP or other compliance requirements (for U.S.-based roles). Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Engineering or related field preferred-but equivalent experience strongly considered.

At Cornelis Networks your base salary is only one component of your comprehensive total rewards package. Your base pay will be determined by factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and location relative to the hiring range for the position. Depending on your role, you may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, including an annual bonus or sales incentives.
