As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers. Your primary objective will be to understand their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the ideal solutions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent service Assist customers both in-person and via phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services Build strong, trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with policies Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Maintain precise work order files and formulas Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed Tint and mix products according to customer specifications Stock shelves and set up merchandise displays Keep store equipment clean and functional Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed Ensure assigned areas are well-presented and in stock Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options with customers Comply with inventory control procedures Propose strategies to improve sales performance Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship needs Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish A valid, unrestricted Driver's License Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED Minimum one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint and paint-related products Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment Join us at Sherwin-Williams and contribute to our mission of enhancing the world through our products!
