This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, California. Summary This role supports a leading global brand's music-focused division by developing and executing social media campaigns that align with business goals. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring engaging, culturally relevant marketing campaigns to life across digital platforms. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic social media campaigns for music marketing initiatives. You'll partner with marketing, content, and production teams to brief, ideate, and execute go-to-market strategies across organic, paid, and earned channels. This includes:
Planning and producing social content aligned with brand priorities
Supporting live event coverage and tentpole campaigns on-location
Managing agency partners and social vendors
Leading daily programming needs and publishing efforts
Monitoring and sharing platform trends, audience insights, and performance metrics
You will also maintain collaboration tools and calendars, support content scheduling, and evangelize best practices in digital storytelling. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Background in entertainment, music, or pop culture-driven brands is preferred
