Description As a Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as a vital point of contact for employees at all levels of the organization. Primary responsibilities will be to manage day-to-day HR activities: payroll, performance management, Employee relations and that the organization is compliant with government regulations. This role requires a strong background in HR management and the ability to effectively manage HR process.
Payroll Processing and Administration
Benefits Administration
Employee relations and conflict resolution
Performance Management and Compensation
Compliance with employment laws and regulations
Onboarding and Recruiting
Data analysis and HR reporting
Policy and procedure development and communication
FMLA administration
TWC Compliance
Records Management and audits
Learning and Development
Special projects as assigned

Requirements
3-5 Years experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll administration, and Employee Relations (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, (Isolved Payroll HRIS)
Ability to maintain confidential information.
