Are you a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for sales and events? We are seeking a Sales & Banquet Manager to oversee hotel room and event sales while ensuring smooth on-site coordination with the operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and managing event execution from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive hotel room and event bookings, meeting and exceeding revenue targets. • Maintain and grow relationships with group, corporate, and catering clients to increase repeat business and market share. • Conduct outside sales calls, site visits, and hotel tours to generate new leads and close business opportunities. • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of meetings, banquets, and events. • Act as the on-site point of contact for events, ensuring client satisfaction from setup through completion. • Research and analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for new business. • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and community functions to promote the property. • Assist with creating annual department budgets and aligning sales and operational goals. Qualifications: • 3+ years of hotel sales, catering, or event management experience, with proven revenue success. • Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage both sales and operational aspects of events. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced hospitality environment. • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
